I am a trauma-informed, 700-hour+ Certified VITA Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach (trained by the iconic Layla Martin and her senior teachers), Associate Healing Tao Instructor in training (trained by Grand Master Mantak Chia and his senior teachers), and a Licensed Massage Therapist with 20 years of hands-on experience supporting women’s healing and sensual empowerment. 

VITA stands for the Vital Integrated Tantric Approach to Sex, Love, and Relationships.

I currently call the vibrant heart of Nashville, TN my home, where I offer one-on-one coaching for women and couples via Zoom or in person at my private studio. 

I take deep pride in my ability to offer a grounded, loving, playful and compassionate space—one where safety and trust are at the center. Creating this kind of sacred container is essential for clients to feel safe enough to soften, open, and explore the vulnerable, powerful work of coming home to themselves.

My path here has been anything but ordinary—I’ve lived a bold, expressive life as a burlesque performer, a roller derby queen, and a wild-hearted explorer of the erotic and liberating expressive arts.  I am also a Licensed Private Investigator of 10yrs with a focus on surveillance of infidelity and child custody cases. 

But alongside the glitter and grit, I’ve also walked through several dark nights of the soul—periods marked by depression, deep dissatisfaction, isolation, hopelessness, and heartbreaks that left me shattered. These painful chapters cracked me open and catapulted me into a desperate search for meaning, healing, and relief. I dove headfirst into every self-development tool, mentor, and transformational program I could find, knowing in my bones that there had to be more to life than the ache of longing and the weight of disconnection. And there was. That search led me home—to myself, to real healing, and to the sacred work I now share with others. Every twist and turn of my journey has deepened my devotion to helping women reclaim their power, pleasure, and unapologetic self-expression as I too continue my own path of deeper growth and expansion; forever grateful to all my teachers and mentors.
